Hasan Salaam Premiers "Angel Dust" Video With HIV Awareness Benefit

New Jersey emcee is still promoting his Children of God album, released over a year ago. The August, 2008 DX Underground Report alum will be in Brooklyn tonight (January 23), joined by very special guests to unveil his video to "Angel Dust." In addition, the socially-dedicated emcee will join sponsors to promote HIV Awareness and encourage testing and safe sex.
Throughout January, Hasan's camp released three teaser trailers on YouTube for fans to catch a glimpse of the amazing shots of "Angel Dust," produced and directed by Mark Carranceja. “The cinematic depth and unique perspective that Noise Media present to the music video genre in collaboration with Salaam’s 'Angel Dust,' separates themselves as a timeless brand, captivating audiences worldwide,” said Salaam in a statement.
Guests included in tonights affair are "Angel Dust" collaborator and Brand Nubian member Lord Jamar. Also invited is Poison Pen, Rugged N' Raw and B-boy crew N.B.K.
The event will be head at 8pm EST this evening at Public Assembly in Brooklyn, New York. Sponsors on the night include SafeSackz, NYC Condoms, Posh Fitness and Aspen Mountain Press.
